Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

When purchasing an item for pre-order from Wild Oath Collective, you agree to the following terms & conditions.

• All dates indicated in the pre-order product page are estimates only and may arrive later than expected
  
  
• If you purchase a pre-order product along with products we have in stock, all items will be posted together once the pre-order item arrives/ and or is painted and completed to your liking. If you would like to receive the products separately, you will need to contact us at wildoathcollective@gmail.com to arrange additional postage payment.
  
  
• We are not liable for any delays that occur in the stock arriving to us
  
  
• Once the product arrives at Wild Oath Collective we do our best to have it posted out within 1-2 business days if it's our mugs, if it's our painted items it will depending on drying times.
